Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Guides, Downloads)

• No Refunds After Download: All digital product sales are final once the file has been delivered and accessed.
• Defective Products: If a file is corrupted, missing content, or does not match the product description, we will provide a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Delivery Method: Files are delivered via email, Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar secure cloud services within 24 hours of purchase.
• Backup Downloads: Customers have 90 days to re-download their purchased files. After 90 days, a small fee ($2-5) may apply for access restoration.

Payment & Transaction Security

• Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and other secure payment processors.
• Payment Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent immediately upon successful payment. Work begins only after payment is verified and cleared.
