Refund Policy (Effective: October 2025)
Global Author Publishers LLC delivers digital services and products only. No physical items are ever shipped.
Digital Products (eBooks, Templates, Downloads):
- All sales are final once files have been delivered electronically.
- Refunds are considered only if the file is defective or not as described.
Services (Publishing Packages, Website Design, Editing, Marketing):
- Refunds can be requested within 7 days of order placement only if work has not yet begun.
- Partial refunds may be granted if a portion of work was completed.
- Once the agreed service is fully delivered, no refunds are provided.
To request a refund, email info@globalauthorpublishers.com with your invoice or order ID.

Digital Delivery Policy
- All projects are delivered electronically via email or cloud link (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.).
- You will receive a confirmation email after payment, including delivery timelines and contact details for revisions.
- No shipping address is required for any service.
- Completion and delivery confirmations are sent digitally.
- All files are considered delivered once emailed or shared through a download link.
